About Me.

With over 20 years of weightlifting experience, I have dedicated my life to mastering the fields of fitness and nutrition. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition and pursued a Master's in Exercise and Sport Nutrition. My professional journey has led me to work with elite athletes, including professional boxers, and I am currently employed at the UK's only metabolic health centre.

The motivation behind creating this service stems from a personal journey of overcoming adversity and striving for self-improvement. Throughout my life, I chased status and sought to become a high-value man. After experiencing multiple heartbreaks and professional setbacks, I realised that my actions were hindering my potential. I was not living up to my full capabilities, and as a result, I did not garner the respect of my peers or the admiration of women.

This epiphany led to the creation of the 28-Day Man Up Challenge. Its purpose is to demonstrate how quickly men can transform their lives by adopting habits that build character and avoiding detrimental vices. Participants can expect to lose weight, build muscle, achieve better mental clarity, and establish effective habits that break inertia and develop momentum. With commitment, in a year, they will not recognise themselves.

I recognise that everyone's journey is unique, and my training protocols are tailored to fit individual lifestyles. Unlike many coaches who prescribe one-size-fits-all plans, I design programmes that build muscle effectively while fitting into your schedule, whether you have a demanding job, family commitments, or other responsibilities.

Nutrition is highly individualised; everyone has different tastes and nutritional needs based on their goals. I've successfully guided many men to lose significant weight and continue their journey towards better health.
